Right before the main course arrived, the manager showed up and told us that he would have to move us to another table because one of the VP's of MGM showed up with some guests unexpected. Starters were quite nice and the evening seemed to be a good one. Then, 20 minutes after our reservation we finally got escorted to our table. all arrived early and literally had to beg to pass the hostess and wait at the bar to get some cocktails. We were invited by some friends who beside us invited other friends to show off a nice evening with delicious food. MoreĪs I said above, you never know what you are up to in the world of dining. Little cinnamon sugar donut holes, but more accurately beignets were presented on a Ferris wheel with a raspberry sauce, a chocolate sauce and a vanilla sauce. You must break through the Klondike bar on top and a beautiful and delicious vanilla ice cream sort of melts all over the cake to which you add a chocolate fudge sauce. There was a “Klondike “ type bar on the top of a chocolate cake with a dulce de lèche ice cream which was sandwiched in between the cake layers. The chocolate cake was something I had seen on a television show. We ordered the hit me chocolate cake and the donut wheel. If you’re with a group of 4-6 it’s absolutely worth the price. Tender and sweet and we honestly couldn’t get enough. The lobster was probably the best cooked lobster I’ve had in my life. It was 2.5 lbs of small lobsters cooked in an incredible Asian sauce with garlic, scallions and soy. The other star of the show was the Cantonese lobster. The fish was fresh and it was dressed very lightly so not to over power the fish. The salmon belly carpaccio was a true stunner. The sauce and the potatoes enhanced the whole dish. I didn’t try it but was told it was delicious. We also ordered the hellfire roll which is a spicy tuna roll. Crispy shrimp were large and fresh and a decent portion. Oysters and shellfish platter were delicious and. Star of the show is the truffle crispy rice with sashimi. The flowers are artificial but it doesn’t matter. The space is beautiful with lots of flowers and very cool designs. ![]() There are other plates that caught my fancy so I'll be back. Mind you, I didn't order the seafood so it might be different if I did but I was happy with my line up that night. Usually restos with this price range on the strip have rich food and small portions, not Catch. This is the first $$$ restaurant where I was so full, that I couldn't finish dessert. The Ferris Wheel presentation is IG ready It's early, but this is one of the best filets I've had this year.ĭonut Wonder Wheel: Another generous service of TWELVE mini donuts served Raspberry Lime, Pineapple Jam, Caramel & Chocolate Sauce to add as you please. Just pick with a fork and enjoy the savory taste. Cooked to a perfect medium (see pics) the filet comes served sliced and diced. Filet: The Kabayaki Butter, Tempura Nori Flakes, Wasabi Soy all worked to make this a delicious filet. This was a hit for the table as everyone kept picking at it.ġ0 oz. Feeling extra cheesey that night so the Parmesan was perfect. Parmesan Truffle Fries: A generous serving and the fries were truffled up perfectly. The dining area is loud because this place is popular. Friendly, helpful with the menu and they kept the cocktails fresh.
